It seems that despite previous announcements, the highly anticipated Polish Act on Promoting Offshore Wind Energy has not been approved by the Council of Ministers. This means the Act will not be forwarded to the Parliament yet. Future sessions of the Council will show if this was only a short postponement or a more serious obstacle.
