Drzewiecki, Tomaszek & Partners – Office in Gdynia provides comprehensive services in the scope of the process of preparation and implementation of construction projects, beginning with the acquisition of the right of disposal of real property for construction purposes, through the completion of construction works, ending with the obtaining of a permit for using a facility.

Our lawyers ensure contract and administrative safety both for investors and contractors, providing in particular advice in the preparation and modification of agreements for construction works both for general construction and subcontracting. We represent Clients in court proceedings related to the implementation of the above-mentioned contracts and we conduct debt collection.

We also offer services in the scope of the process of awarding and acquiring public procurement contracts.

The provision of legal services to a Contracting Authority covers in particular: preparation of public procurement procedures tailored to the needs of Clients, advising in the selection of the appropriate procedure to be followed and other matters related to it, full legal assistance in the course of the implementation of a tender procedure and the implementation of contracts concluded in tender procedures, including ones based on FIDIC. We offer effective legal help in preparing procurement procedures for projects with EU co-financing, including legal help in the scope of control and application proceedings, as well as the representation of Contracting Authorities before the National Chamber of Appeals in Warsaw and common courts.

As part of the provision of legal services to a Contactor, we undertake all activities aimed at the effective submission of an offer and the acquisition of public contracts by our Clients. Our lawyers, based on many years of experience, analyse tender documentation and undertake all necessary activities allowing for the effective participation of our Clients in tender proceedings. Moreover, they represent Clients before the National Chamber of Appeals and common courts in disputes that may occur in the course of tender proceedings and at the stage of the implementation of the concluded contracts.
