He is a certified mediator. He has completed post-graduate studies in European law at the Gdańsk Technical University and post-graduate studies in public procurement at the Gdańsk University provided in cooperation with the President of the Polish Public Procurement Office in Warsaw.
He specialises in public procurement law, construction law and contract law in the implementation of construction projects, taking into account projects carried out by public investors, including projects co-financed from the resources of the European Union. His fields of specialty include legal advice during preparation of tenders and contracts for supplies and services under public procurement law.
The services are provided both for the benefit of investors (including public ones) and for contractors.
He also provides legal advice in administrative law and administrative court procedures and provides day-to-day services to entrepreneurs and public entities.
He is very experienced in representing Clients before common courts of law, administrative courts, the National Chamber of Appeals in Warsaw and arbitration courts.
